About the Event
During this FREE #movewithmono workshop we will learn the fundamentals of the squat, deadlift and hip thrust; three great exercises for lower body training using the barbell. You will get a chance to learn from the coaches at HAUS No3, mixing both theory with practice in this interactive workshop. This is a great opportunity to gain more confidence in the gym and to polish your technique in a great environment with likeminded people.
